• Time Management Skills: An executive is expected to be a multi-tasker.
This requires a degree of ability to make the best use out of the limited
hours in a day.
• Ability to Motivate Others: the most important trait present in a CEO is
their ability to get the most out of volunteers and staff. The executives
are expected to be encouraging and empowering towards their staff to make
