More and more health benefits of fruits are being discovered every day.
That's why many nutritionists and diet authorities recommend that consumers
include a variety of fruit daily. The beneficial compounds in fruits help
reduce major health problems like heart disease, cancer, and stroke.
My favorite fruit is Mango and I like it because it is nutritious, sweet and
sour at a time, yummy, and it is very good for health. Mango is fleshy,
juicy and with a unique taste. I specially like it when it’s really crispy
and it’s very yellow with a little bit of greenish on it. I normally buy
mangoes from local shops in my area. Eating mangoes is a unique experience;
it feels like you are eating some soft, juicy and sweet thing.
