In my opinion if we eliminate or try to eliminate the habit of telling lies we will become better human being and respectable person among the others, this habit can force to say lie and then lies to hide the first lie and one day you will become a big liar.

Besides hundreds of advantages of speaking truth is that you don’t have to remember what you have said. Though sometimes or perhaps usually saying truth is like walking over carpet of fire but we should speak truth. Every religion emphasizes on speaking truth at any cost. If you think deeply, it covers very vast area of our daily routine: from gossip to commitments, from leisure time to busy schedule in the office, etc, almost each and every phase of life. If we take our daily office routine, where you have commitment of doing a job and you are not able to, then you will lie by giving an excuse in front of your boss, otherwise you will feel ashamed in front of your boss, may be initially, he ignores this but afterwards he might think to give this responsibility to someone else. The part of speaking truth here is that, what ever you say to him (boss) if it is true then he will appreciate you couple of times, still you internally feels ashamed of your inability and you work hard to reach your object, because you know that you are not going to tell lie in front of boss, and your boss will not accept the same excuse usually people do in their working environment.

In family life and other relationship of life it is also very important to speak truth always. The other main relation is between spouses; it is the relation of trust and faith, once it is shattered of then it’s very difficult or impossible to gain trust back in someone’s eyes. The other misconception in our life; even one of the biggest, is that we assume to many things and relate with others even if the other person is not thinking about it with that angle as we think. More than 50% of the tension rises between relations is just because of our own assumptions, we don’t know but we assume promptly that he can say this, or do this and that, this is the point where tensions and relationships starts to become worst.

The human being is important rather than its cast, religion, sex, color etc. These are all useless and baseless things; the human being is first then any other category. Do not judge human being by his wealth or poverty or by any other materialistic approach, but by his moral and his attitude. Great people are those, whose attitude and behavior is excellent with all the other human being and not only humans but also with animals as well. Sometime what we see can might be wrong, we have to see the intention of a person not only there actions, for example if a person die accidentally by other person then it does not mean that the murderer is not a good person, the point is that what was his intention.

One more example is that if two persons are fighting with an intention to kill someone, and if one person is killed by another, in this case the person who is killed is also equally responsible for this and also culprit, because he does not get a chance otherwise he can killed the other one.
Anger and Rage can destroy intellectual power like fire, we should have to become cool tempered and take decision prudent after analyzing the consequences of any decision.

Statement of Ethics
The person himself can better judge what he does wrong or right, if his conscience is alive, every bad thing can make you feel to think that, what ever I did is right or wrong, for example if you give some money to the charity then you deadly and straightly say that I did a good thing, without thinking and going into its depth. Human Conscience is the excellent judge of right or wrong. Our moral obligation is to do right and avoid bad things and deeds, such as deceive other person, fraud in an organization it can make you rich but your conscience will deadly become poor.

Statement of Meaning
What ever is right means more than everything, either you are going to behave in front of human or animal but you should have to do and remember what is right and what is our moral, social, cultural, and religious responsibilities / duties.

Statement of Social Responsibility
We are the best creature as compare to all living in this world, made by God, we also known as social animal because of our social relations and interactions with our surrounding people, its very difficult or almost impossible to live with out the help of your surrounding people. Now days and this development it seems to be ridiculous of even thinking of that idea, when world become global village, every person needs other person same as every industry needs other industry to help and assist for performing their duties and obligations effectively.

We should respect our parents and elders, and show tenderness to the young ones. Our parents sacrificed a lot when we were not able to move and even unable to take a sip of water with out their help, but now we send them in old age houses and nursing homes for care. Remember no one in the whole universe can give the care you can give to your parents. Its example is like the pain you feel in your injured hand and care your hand as much as possible and no one else can do such care.

In working environment, you have to take care of your fellow worker. If you don’t care for them, they will also not care you, this is the human instinct that whatever we do we usually want its return and the same case is here. Very few people are do not have any interest in the return. Concept of ‘Treat as you are treated‘ is quite usually applied everywhere. It is in the worship and this is the essence of the religion that a person helps other person.

It means that religion says that being human we have to fulfill our moral obligations and responsibilities without any cruel intentions means do things but don’t like a hypocrite does. One should be very sincere in performing our duties, responsibilities and obligations, as this is the place where you are rewarded for your deeds, good for good and bad for bad.
